摘要 建筑物倾斜情况是判断建筑结构是否安全的重要参数。针对传统的建筑倾斜人工测量费时费力,无法实时监测建筑倾斜等问题,文中设计了一种可用于房屋倾斜应急监测的无线倾角计。装置由上盖、硅胶密封圈、印制线路板、防水Type-C充电接口和下壳组成,其中印制线路板中含有倾角传感器、震动传感器和定位芯片。装置可以用于建筑实时监测,及时预警,满足建筑物紧急情况的要求。将装置用于广东某公寓应急监测,结果表明,装置能够实时监测房屋倾斜状态,测得的数据与传统的全站仪投点法测得数据的平均相对误差不超过8%,最大相对误差不超过10%,能够满足工程监测精度要求,可以大大提高监测效率和频率。 The inclination of a building is an important parameter to judge whether the building structure is safe.Aiming at the traditional manual measurement of building inclinometer,which is time-consuming and difficult to monitor building inclinometer in real time,designs a wireless inclinometer which can be used for emergency monitoring of building inclinometer.The device is composed of an upper cover,a silicone sealing ring,a printed circuit board,a waterproof Type-C charging interface and a lower shell,where in the printed circuit board contains an inclination sensor,a vibration sensor and a positioning chip.The device can be used for building real-time monitoring,timely warning,to meet the requirements of building emergency.The device is applied to the emergency monitoring of an apartment in Guangdong.The results show that the device can monitor the tilting state of the house in real time.The average relative error of the measured data is less than 8% and the maximum relative error is less than 10%,which can meet the engineering monitoring accuracy and greatly improve the monitoring efficiency and frequency.
