摘要
智能倾角振动传感器是一款基于MEMS加速度计,由数据采集模块、无线通信模块及供电模块组成,集低成本、高耐用性、低功耗、功能灵活适配、小尺寸、易于安装等优点于一体的三轴倾角振动监测设备。其主要功能是在老旧房屋结构健康监测或变形监测等应用场景中,开展建筑物实时、自动化的静态倾斜与异常振动监测。该技术在市场上大规模推广应用后,可逐步实现区域性、长期性、多点位的老旧房屋安全共管共治,还能拓展应用于其他建构筑物的变形监测,以及工程应急抢险作业中。
The intelligent tilt and vibration sensor is a three-axis tilt and vibration monitoring device based on MEMS accelerometers,composed of a data acquisition module,a wireless communication module,and a power supply module.It integrates the advantages of low cost,high durability,low power consumption,flexible functional adaptation,small size,and easy installation.Its main function is to conduct real-time and automated static tilt and abnormal vibration monitoring in old building structure health monitoring or deformation monitoring and other application scenarios.After large-scale promotion and application in the market,this technology will gradually achieve regional,long-term,and multi-point co-management and cogovernance of old building safety,and can also be extended to deformation monitoring of other buildings and structures,as well as emergency rescue operations in engineering.
