摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,食品行业的竞争日益激烈,食品安全问题也日益突出。为提高食品企业的生产经营水平,保障食品安全,各国政府和国际组织制定了一系列食品安全标准。食品生产加工是食品安全中的重要一环,推行标准化管理是提升食品工业质量的着力点。建立和完善食品安全治理体系,提升食品安全治理能力,制定严格、详细、可操作性强的内控标准,严格落实“关键控制点”监控机制,可确保生产有序受控,食品安全隐患有效管控。本文从标准化作用及影响等方面进行分析,以期为食品企业提供有益的参考。
With the development of economic globalization,the competition in the food industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and food safety issues are becoming increasingly prominent.In order to improve the production and operation level of food enterprises and ensure food safety,governments and international organizations have formulated a series of food safety standards.Food production and processing are an important part of food safety,and promoting standardized management is the focus of improving the quality of the food industry.The establishment and improvement of the food safety governance system,the improvement of the food safety governance capacity,the formulation of strict,detailed and operable internal control standards,and the strict implementation of the“critical control point”monitoring mechanism can ensure the orderly control of production and the effective control of food safety hazards.This paper analyzes the concept,role,and impact of standardization in order to provide useful references for food enterprises.
