电商平台促进消费扩容提质的机理与对策建议 被引量:17

摘要 随着数字经济的发展,电商平台成为我国经济转型和居民消费扩容提质的重要力量。总体来看,我国电商消费稳中有升,消费模式和消费场景日益丰富,但随着技术突破和市场增长,电商平台竞争加剧、网络用户增量见顶,电商平台对消费的刺激和拉动需要新的市场和引擎。本文从消费规模、消费结构、消费平衡和消费满意度四个方面构建消费扩容提质的内涵。通过机理分析发现,电商平台能够通过创造就业、增加收入,扩大消费规模;连接供需两侧、推动产业升级,优化消费结构;创新商业模式、促进消费公平,平衡消费差距;打造价值共创系统、保障消费者权益,提升消费满意度,并提出强化技术创新、鼓励平台间竞争与合作、完善监管机制和信用评价体系、优化物流配送体系、促进跨境电商发展等建议。 With the development of the digital economy,e-commerce platforms have become an important force to drive China's economic transformation and the expansion and improvement of household consumption.Overall,e-commerce consumption in China has been steadily increasing,with increasingly diverse consumption patterns and scenarios.However,with technological breakthroughs and market growth,intensified competition among e-commerce platforms,and peaked growth of online users,new markets and new engines are required for e-commerce platforms to stimulate and improve consumption.The paper decodes the connotation of consumption expansion and improvement from four aspects:consumption scale,consumption structure,consumption balance,and consumption satisfaction.Through mechanism analysis,it is found that e-commerce platforms can expand consumption scale by job creation and income increase,optimize consumption structure by linking supply and demand sides and promoting industrial upgrading,balance consumption gap by innovating business models and promoting consumption equity,and improve consumption satisfaction by building value co-creation systems and protecting consumers’rights and interests.It further proposes that we should strengthen technological innovation,encourage competition and cooperation among platforms,improve regulatory mechanisms and credit evaluation systems,optimize logistics and distribution systems,and promote cross-border e-commerce development.
