摘要
目的:分析中医药领域网络药理学(network pharmacology,NP)的发文量、作者分布、机构分布、关键词共现、关键词聚类与关键词突现,为研究者了解NP在中医药领域的研究现状及发展趋势提供参考方向。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)中医药领域NP相关文献,时间设为建库至2021年2月28日,运用CiteSpace软件绘制该领域的科学知识图谱。结果:共纳入2474篇文献,NP在中医药领域的应用研究从2006年开始,2017年之后发文量剧增,核心作者有张涛、李杰、郑景辉等,主要研究机构有北京中医药大学、辽宁中医药大学等,合作发文主要集中在机构内部;研究热点主要集中于黄芪、黄连、丹参、人参等中药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎、2型糖尿病、冠心病等疾病的作用机制方面。结论:将文献主要信息绘制成可视化的知识图谱,可直观地展示NP在中医药领域的研究现状及发展趋势,为研究者快速了解该领域提供参考。
Objective:To provide the reference for the researchers'investigation into research current state and developmental trend of network pharmacology(NP)in TCM by analyzing the articles published,author distribution,institution distribution,keywords co-occurrence,keywords cluster and keywords emergency of NP in TCM.Methods:Knowledge map of NP in TCM was drawn using CiteSpace software,after searching NP-related literature in TCM from CNKI,between the time of building the database and February 28,2012.Results:The study has included 2474 papers,application study on NP in TCM began from 2006,and the number of articles published soared since 2017,with the core authors were Zhang Tao,Li Jie,Zheng Jinghui and others,and the main research institutions contained Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the cooperation documents were mainly inside the institutions;research hot spots mainly focused on the mechanisms of treating COVID-19,type two diabetes mellitus(T2DM),coronary heart disease(CHD)by Huangqi(Astragali radix),Huanglian(Coptidis rhizoma),Danshen(Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma)and ginseng.Conclusion:Visualized knowledge map of the main information of the literature could directly display research states of NP in TCM and developmental trend,and it could provide the reference for the researcher to quickly understand TCM.
