基于数据驱动模型的反窃电行为精准取证系统 被引量:4

Accurate forensics system for anti electricity theft based on data⁃driven model

摘要 反窃电行为现场蹲守取证的时效性与准确性均较差,导致取证工作效率下降,且取得的证据不完整,设计基于数据驱动模型的反窃电行为精准取证系统。在现场布设反窃电稽查仪、红外摄像头,在采集层获取用户相关用电数据以及视频图像,并通过通信层的集中器将数据传输到主站层。主站层借助数据驱动模型从用电数据以及视频图像中挖掘证据,对获取的证据进行实时整理和归纳,完成反窃电行为精准取证。实验结果表明,利用所设计系统对窃电用户进行检测与识别后所得F1值均大于9,且接近于10,能够实现反窃电行为精准取证。 The timeliness and accuracy of squatting and obtaining evidence at the scene of anti electricity theft are poor,which leads to the decline of the efficiency of obtaining evidence,and the evidence obtained is incomplete.An accurate evidence collection system for anti electricity theft based on data⁃driven model is designed.The anti⁃theft inspection instrument and infrared camera are arranged on the site,the relevant power consumption data and video images of users are obtained at the acquisition layer,and the data is transmitted to the master station layer through the concentrator of the communication layer.With the help of data⁃driven model,the master station layer excavates evidence from power consumption data and video images,arranges and summarizes the obtained evidence in real time,and completes accurate evidence collection of anti electricity theft.The experimental results show that the F1 value obtained by using the designed system to detect and identify the users of electricity theft is greater than 9 and close to 10,which can achieve accurate evidence collection of anti electricity theft.
