一种场景自适应的H.264帧层码率控制算法 被引量:9

摘要 在JVT-G012码率控制算法的基础上,提出了一种改进的H.264码率控制算法。首先,利用像素灰度值差值的方法检测场景切换,并对检测到的场景切换进行处理;其次,使用一种新的P帧的比特分配原则,根据P帧在GOP中的位置以及P帧的图像复杂度对P帧进行比特分配。实验结果表明,改进后的码率控制算法能够更加准确地控制输出码率,提高解码图像质量,并能有效地检测与处理场景切换。 Based on JVT-G012 rate control algorithm, this paper proposed an improved frame-layer rate control algorithm for H.264. Firstly, used the method of the difference of pixel gray value to detect scene change and processd the scene change which was detected. Secondly, according to the position of the P-frame in a GOP and the complexity of the P-frame to modify the bit allocation of the P-frame. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm can control the output bit-rate more accurately, improve the quality of decoding images, can detect and deal with scene change effectively.
