摘要
目的 分析早期干预对于孤独症谱系障碍小儿日常行为及自闭症状的影响。方法 选取2020年8月—2022年8月银川市第一人民医院收治的88例孤独症谱系障碍患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组应用常规干预,观察组在常规干预的基础上实施早期干预,比较两组患儿日常行为及自闭症状。结果 观察组干预后孤独症行为评定量表(Autism Behavior Checklist, ABC)中感觉能力、语言能力、生活自理、躯体运动、社会交往评分低于对照组,儿童适应行为表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孤独症治疗评估量表中行为、感知、语言与社交评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良婴儿孤独症量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童孤独症评定量表评分为(27.75±3.54)分低于对照组的(34.42±3.68)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.182,P<0.05)。结论 早期干预对于孤独症谱系障碍患儿日常行为及自闭症状具有积极的影响,能改善患儿的行为,减轻自闭症状。
Objective To analyze the effects of early intervention on daily behaviors and autism symptoms in children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods A total of 88 children with autism spectrum disorder admitted to Yinchuan First People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The con-trol group received routine intervention,and the observation group received early intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The daily behavior and autistic symptoms of the children in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of sensory ability,language ability,self-care,physical movement and social interaction in the autism behavior checklist(ABC)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of children's adaptive behavior checklist were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of behavior,perception,language and social interaction in the autism Treatment as-sessment scale were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of modified infant autism scale was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The score of children autism rating scale(27.75±3.54)points was lower than that of control group(34.42±3.68)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.182,P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention has a positive impact on the daily behavior and autism symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder,which can improve their behavior and reduce autism symptoms.
