摘要
目的 探讨个体化医学营养治疗对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖及血脂的影响。方法 选取2022年1—8月诊治的T2DM 86例为研究对象,按治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采取常规饮食指导,研究组采取个体化医学营养治疗,观察并比较2组干预前后的血糖、血脂、营养状况以及干预总有效率。结果 干预后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及营养不良-炎症评分量表评分均低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于干预前,且TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05);TC、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组干预总有效率为90.70%(39/43)高于对照组的69.77%(30/43)(P<0.05)。结论 个体化医学营养治疗对降低T2DM患者血糖、血脂水平具有重要作用,可提高T2DM的治疗总有效率。
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized medical nutrition on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 86 T2DM patients diagnosed and treated from January 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into research group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to treatment methods.The control group was given routine dietary guidance,and the research group was given individualized medical nutrition therapy.The blood glucose,blood lipids,and nutritional status before and after intervention and the total effective rate after intervention were observed and compared in the two groups.Results After intervention,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin levels and scores of dystrophy-inflammation scale in the research group were lower than those before intervention and in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the study group were lower than those before intervention,and the levels of TG and LDL-C were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TC and HDL cholesterol levels between the research group and the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the total effective rate of the research group was 90.70%(39/43),which was higher than that of the control group[69.77%(30/43)](P<0.05).Conclusion Conclusion Individualized medical nutrition therapy plays an important role in reducing blood glucose and lipid levels of T2DM patients,and can improve the total effective rate of T2DM treatment.
