摘要
电力系统用电碳排放计量是电力行业低碳转型的技术基础,现有的电网平均排放因子法在计量用户侧碳排放量时存在时间和空间颗粒度大的问题,尽管近年来以潮流数据为计算依据的电力系统碳排放流理论克服了该问题,但节点级的空间分辨率使得该方法存在计算量大、电网拓扑结构无法保密等问题。为此,基于常规电力系统碳排放流理论体系,提出基于广义节点碳流理论的区域电网用电碳排放计量方法,通过指标构建、矩阵化求解以实现区域用电碳排放因子、区域间电力通道碳排放流信息的快速计算,并基于改进的PJM 5节点算例系统和我国某地区实际电网数据开展了仿真验证。与常规方法相比,所提广义节点碳流理论求解区域碳排放因子的计算速度更快,所需数据更少,且仍满足间接碳排放计量的实时无偏性。仿真算例证实了所提方法的有效性。
The electricity carbon emission measurement in the power system is the technical foundation for the power industry’s low-carbon transformation.The existing power grid average emission factor method has issues with large temporal and spatial granularity when measuring carbon emissions on the user side.Although in recent years,the carbon emission flow theory based on power flow data has overcome this problem,the node-level spatial resolution of this method leads to issues such as high computational complexity and the inability to keep the topology structure of the power grid confidential.Therefore,this paper proposes the electricity carbon emission measurement method for area power grid based on generalized nodal carbon emission flow theory to achieve fast calculation of area electricity emission factor and carbon flow in interregional power corridors.Simulation validation on the basis of the modified PJM5 system and actual power grid data in a certain region of China is carried out using the case study system.Compared with conventional method,the generalized node carbon flow theory proposed in this paper has a faster calculation speed for solving regional carbon emission factors,requires less data,and still satisfies the real-time unbiased indirect carbon emission measurement,confirming the effectiveness of the proposed method.
