TF联合萨尼S3镍钛设备在磨牙弯曲根管预备中的应用研究

Study on the Application of TF Combined with Sani S3 Nickel-titanium Apparatus in Curved Root Canal Preparation of Molar Teeth

摘要 目的 采用TF和萨尼S3两种机用镍钛锉预备根管,分析TF联合萨尼S3镍钛器械应用于弯曲根管时预备的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年3月井冈山大学附属医院口腔科收治的患牙髓炎或根尖周炎且有弯曲根管的患者52例,共52颗牙,163个根管。临床随机化分组产生数字并分配到患者,前1~17例患者为TF组,18~34例患者为S3组,35~52例患者为TF联合S3组。对比3组患者根管偏移和疼痛评分。结果 TF组1个根管在根尖1/3处有偏移,S3组2个根管在根尖1/3处偏移,TF联合萨尼S3组1个根管在根尖1/3处偏移,3组根备的无偏移率分别为98.11%、96.42%和98.15%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组在术后的疼痛程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TF组、S3组和TF联合S3组机用Ni-Ti器械在弯曲的根管预备中无明显区别,皆是预备根管的良好器械,都能最大程度避免根管偏移,减少术后疼痛反应。 Objective To prepare root canals using two machine-operated nickel-titanium files,twisted file(TF)and sani shape3(SANI S3),and to analyze the effect of TF combined with Sani S3 nickel-titanium instrumentation applied to preparation of molar teeth in the case of curved root canals.Methods Fifty-two patients suffering from pulpitis or apical periodontitis with curved root canals admitted to the Department of Stomatology of the Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected,with a total of 52 teeth and 163 root canals.Clinical randomization grouping generated numbers and assigned to patients,the first 1~17 patients were in the TF group,18~34 patients were in the S3 group,and 35~52 patients were in the TF combined with S3 group.Root canal deviation and pain scores were compared among the 3 groups.Results 1 root canal was offset at the apical 1/3 in TF group,2 roots were offset at the apical 1/3 in S3 group,and 1 root was offset at the apical 1/3 in TF combined with S3 group.The no offset rate of root preparation in the 3 groups was 98.11%,96.42%,and 98.15%,respectively,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative pain level scores were compared between the three groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference between the TF group,the S3 group and the TF combined with S3 group in the preparation of curved root canals with Ni-Ti instruments,all of which are good instruments for preparing root canals,and all of which can minimize root canal deviation and reduce the postoperative pain response.
