摘要
目的:评价HyFlex和S3两种镍钛器械预备老年人磨牙根管的临床效果。方法:选择拟进行根管治疗的老年患者162颗磨牙,随机分为3组,分别使用HyFlex、S3和不锈钢K锉三种器械预备根管;使用侧压法充填根管,比较3组器械分离数和术后疼痛例数,以及根管成形和充填效果。结果:HyFlex、S3和不锈钢K锉预备根管后疼痛发生率分别为5.56%、3.70%和24.07%;成形效果良好率分别为87.64%、85.79%和60.77%;根管适充率为91.01%、90.16%和80.11%。HyFlex和S3与不锈钢K锉的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不锈钢K锉组的器械分离数与HyFlex和S3的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HyFlex和S3预备老年人磨牙根管的成形力和充填效果好,术后疼痛反应少。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of HyFlex and S3 in preparation of molars’root canals in elderly people.Methods:Totally 162 molars of elderly patients were randomly divided into three groups and prepared by HyFlex,S3 and stainless steel K files.All canals were obturated with lateral condensation method.The incidence of instrument seperation and post-operative pain were recorded.The efficiency of preparation and effects of canal obturation were observed.Results:The incidence rate of post-operative pain in the HyFlex group,S3 group and stainless steel K files group were 5.56%,3.70%and 24.07%.The rate of root canal smooth for the three groups were 87.64%,85.79%and 60.77%.Adequate root canal filling for the three groups were 91.01%,90.16%and 80.11%.Statistically significant difference was found between K files group and HyFlex group or S3 group(P<0.05).There was statistically significance of instrument seperation between K files group and HyFlex group or S3 group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HyFlex and S3 performed good shaping ability and good root canal filling in molars’root canals of elderly people and generated less post-operative pain.
