摘要
目的 运用选择性切断脊神经前根和后根的方法 ,建立单纯运动神经和感觉神经损伤的动物模型。方法 选用成熟雌性 Wistar大鼠分成前根切断组、后根切断组和混切组 ,选择性切断一侧 L 4— L 6脊神经前根或 /和后根 ,术后 3周进行一般情况、电生理及神经组织学等观察 ,并作出综合评价。结果 前根切断组远端的运动纤维发生溃变而感觉纤维仍正常 ;后根切断组远端的感觉纤维发生溃变而运动纤维仍正常 ;混切组远端的运动纤维和感觉纤维均发生溃变。结论 选择性切断大鼠前根或后根完全能模拟单纯运动神经或者感觉神经的损伤效应 。
Objective To initiate the rat model of simple motor nerve and sensory nerve injury by selective anterior rhizotomy or posterior rhizotomy Methods Mature female Wistar rats which had undergone unilateral selective radicotomy from L4 to L6 were divided into the anterior rhizotomy group(ART), the posterior rhizotomy group(PRT), the radicotomy group(RT) This model was fully evaluated by observing the changes of common circs, electrophysiology and neurohistology Results Three weeks later, the denaturation of the motor rami of radicula occurred and its sensory fibers were still intact in ART The denaturation of the sensory ramus of radicula occurred and its motor fibers were yet intact in PRT Both the motor and the sensory rami of radicula were denaturalized in RT Conclusion The selective radicotomy was an ideal and successful rat model simulating simple motor nerve or sensory nerve injury
