摘要
以还原型谷胱甘肽为碳源,丙烯酸异辛酯为溶剂通过溶剂热法制备了具有绿色荧光发射的氮硫共掺杂碳点(G-CDs)。所制备的碳点在水中分散性良好,尺寸为(5.17±0.23)nm。在398 nm的激发波长下,其发射波长为517 nm,荧光量子产率为13.2%,且具有激发独立性。因为Fe 3+与G-CDs之间存在特异性内滤效应和电子转移,可以有效淬灭G-CDs的荧光。基于此类性能,我们开发了一种新的Fe 3+荧光检测方法,线性范围为20~80μmol/L,检测限为8.16μmol/L。在实际样品检测中,G-CDs具有良好的灵敏度,在荧光探针领域具有应用潜力。
Nitrogen and sulfur co-doped carbon dots(G-CDs)with green fluorescence emission were prepared by solvothermal method using reduced glutathione as carbon source and isooctyl acrylate as solvent.The prepared carbon dots have good dispersion in water with a size of(5.17±0.23)nm.At the excitation wavelength of 398 nm,G-CDs had an emission wavelength of 517 nm,a quantum yield of 13.2%,and was excitation independence.The fluorescence of G-CDs can be quenched effectively because of the specific internal filtration effect and electron transfer between Fe 3+and G-CDs.Based on these properties,we developed a new fluorescence detection method for Fe 3+with a linear range of 20~80μmol/L and a detection limit of 8.16μmol/L.In the actual sample detection,G-CDs has good sensitivity and a potential application prospect in the field of fluorescence probe.
