改性SiO_(2)/环氧树脂/PDMS涂层超疏水及耐磨性研究 被引量:1

Study on the Superhydrophobicity and Wear Resistance of Modified SiO_(2)/Epoxy Resin/PDMS Coatings

摘要 为了提高聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)涂层的疏水性及耐磨性,采用KH-570对无定形SiO_(2)颗粒进行改性,将其作为复合涂层的填料提高涂层疏水性,使用环氧树脂E-51提高涂层的耐磨性.研究了填料含量及制备工艺对复合涂层疏水性及耐磨性的影响.结果表明:KH-570成功对SiO_(2)颗粒改性,KH-570改性SiO_(2)颗粒的加入使得PDMS涂层获得超疏水且具有自清洁功能,确定KH-570改性SiO_(2)颗粒填料含量为5%(质量分数)、混合搅拌时间为20min和固化时间为2h可以制备静态水接触角为154°和水滚动角为2°的耐磨超疏水涂层.添加0.4g的E-51能够使复合涂层的附着力提升到0级且磨损百分比降至2.49%,同时拥有152.7°的静态接触角和9°的水滚动角,且腐蚀电压为-0.364V,腐蚀电流为1.331×10^(-7)A/cm^(2),研究成果预期在海洋防腐工程、微流体器件及智能表面等领域具有重要应用前景. In order to improve the hydrophobicity and wear resistance of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)coatings,KH-570 was used to modify amorphous SiO_(2) particles,which were used as fllers in the composite coatings to enhance the hydrophobicity of the coating.Epoxy resin E-51 was used to improve the wear resistance of the coating.The effects of filler content and preparation process on the hydrophobicity and wear re sistance of the composite coatings were investigated.Results showed that KH-570 successfully modified the SiO_(2) particles,and the addition of KH-570-modified SiO_(2) particles enabled the PDMS coating to achieve superhydrophobicity with self-cleaning properties.It was determined that a filler content of 5%(mass fraction)KH-570-modified SiO_(2) particles,a mixing and stirring time of 20 min,and a curing time of 2 h resulted in a wear-resistant superhydrophobic coating with a static water contact angle of 154°and a water rolling angle of 2°.The addition of 0.4 g of E-51 improved the adhesion of the composite coating to grade 0 and reduced the wear percentage to 2.49%,with a static contact angle of 152.70 and a water rolling angle of 9°.The corrosion potential was-0.364 V,and the corrosion current was 1.331×10^(-7)A/cm^(2).The research results are expected to have important application prospects in fields such as marine anti-corrosion engineering,microfluidic devices,and smart surfaces.
