基于多角度的案例教学在妇科肿瘤治疗中的带教效果及对教学质量的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨基于多角度的案例教学在妇科肿瘤治疗中的带教效果及对教学质量的影响。方法 选择妇科肿瘤实习学生86名,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43名。对照组采用常规方法带教,观察组联合基于多角度的案例教学,两组均连续带教6个月,比较两组带教效果、教学质量及带教满意度。结果 带教后6个月后,观察组实习学生理论成绩、操作成绩及岗位胜任能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=7.39、6.24、8.09,P均<0.05),观察组带教6个月后实习学生医患沟通、临床思维、应变能力、团队合作及学习兴趣得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=7.09、6.67、6.65、8.03、5.56,P均<0.05);教学6个月后,观察组对教学方法满意度、是否对学习积极性有所提高、是否对语言表达有所提高、是否对解决问题能力有所提高、课堂交流是否增多及是否在今后教学中继续应用满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)分别=6.39、5.63、6.43、5.88、6.66、6.09,P均<0.05)。结论 基于多角度的案例教学用于妇科肿瘤治疗带教中,有助于提高带教效果及教学质量,可获得较高的带教满意度。 Objective To explore the teaching effectiveness and impact on teaching quality of multiple perspectives case-based learning in gynecological tumor treatment.Methods A tatal of 86 gynecological oncology interns were se⁃lected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 students in each group.The control group was taught using conventional methods,while the observation group was combined with multiple perspectives casebased learning.Both groups were taught continuously for 6 months,and the teaching effectiveness,quality,and satisfac⁃tion of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of teaching,the theoretical score,operational score,and job competence score of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(t=7.39,6.24,8.09,P<0.05).After 6 months of teaching,the scores of doctor-patient communication,clini⁃cal thinking,adaptability,teamwork,and learning interest of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.09,6.67,6.65,8.03,5.56,P<0.05).The observation group showed higher satisfaction with teaching methods,increased learning motivation,improved language expression,im⁃proved problem-solving ability,increased classroom communication,and continued application in future teaching than the control group after 6 months of teaching,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=6.39,5.63,6.43,5.88,6.66,6.09,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multiple perspectives case-based learning in gynecological tumor treat⁃ment teaching can help improve the teaching effect and quality,and can achieve high teaching satisfaction.
