摘要 随着资源节约型社会的不断发展和绿色制造改革的不断深入,传统矿冶人才培养模式已无法满足社会需要,培育学科交叉型创新人才是未来教育发展的必由之路。以中南大学资源加工与生物工程学院矿业工程专业建设为例,结合中南大学优势学科冶金工程和材料科学与工程,从选矿、冶金和材料多角度出发,开展多学科交叉型人才培养新模式的探索与实践,旨在培养一批专业性强、勇于创新的行业领军人才,为中国传统工科专业人才培养提供借鉴,推动有色金属产业高质量、快速发展。 With the continuous development of resource-saving society and the progress of green manufacturing reform,the traditional mining and metallurgy talents training model has been unable to meet the needs of society,cultivate cross-disciplinary innovative talents is the way of future education development.Taking the major construction of mining engineering in the School of Minerals Processing&Bioengineering of Central South University as an example,combining the advantageous disciplines of metallurgical engineering and materials science and engineering of Central South University,carry out the exploration and practice of new mode of multidisciplinary cross-training talents cultivation from the multiple perspectives of mineral processing,metallurgy and materials.It aims to cultivate a group of professional and innovative industry leaders,provide reference for the cultivation of traditional engineering professionals in China,and promote the high quality and rapid development of non-ferrous metal industry.
