摘要
作为教育发展的新方向,新工科理念的提出对地方高校人才培养工作提出更高的要求,明确了高等教育当下的首要任务就是大力培育学生的实践能力和创新能力。对此,地方高校要遵循高等工程教育发展规律,以市场需求为导向,建立多层次的教学体系、健全实践育人模式、创设实践教学平台等,提高创新实践型人才培养效率,深入推进新工科建设,实现地方高校的可持续发展。
As the new goal of educational development,the proposal of new engineering concept has put forward the higher requirements for talent cultivation in local universities,and has clarified that the current priority of higher education is to cultivate college students'practical and innovative abilities vigorously.Therefore,the local universities should adhere to the higher education development process,establish the multi-level teaching system,improve the practical teaching modes and set up the practical teaching platforms based on the educational requirements,increase the efficiency in innovation-oriented talent cultivation,and boost the construction of new engineering in order to realize the sustainable development of local universities.
