摘要
分析了高密度聚乙烯硅芯管拉伸屈服强度测定的不确定度,通过建立测量不确定度数学模型,分析了重复性测试、拉力机校准、厚度测量、宽度测量等因素对测量不确定度的影响,并对其进行了评定。研究表明,重复性测试对于不确定度结果的影响最大。
Determination of the uncertainty of tensile yield strength of high-density polyethylene silicone plastic duct is analyzed in the paper.Through establishing a mathematical model of measurement uncertainty,the influence of repeatability test,tension machine calibration,thickness determination,width determination and other factors on the measurement uncertainty is analyzed and evaluated.The research shows that the repeatability test has the greatest impact on the uncertainty results.
