压裂用植物胶水不溶物含量测量不确定度的评定

摘要 测量不确定度对实验结果有着重要的影响。根据标准SY/T 5764—2007对压裂用植物胶水不溶物含量测量不确定度进行评定,建立数学模型,对测定中重复测量引起的不确定度、称取植物胶溶液质量引起的不确定度、量取蒸馏水体积引起的不确定度、称取离心管质量引起的不确定度、称取离心管与水不溶物总质量引起的不确定度分量进行评定。得出了当植物胶水不溶物含量为7.0%时,相对扩展不确定度为0.2%,符合标准SY/T 5764—2007对测量结果重复性的要求(≤0.5%),确保了测量结果的准确性,为压裂用植物胶水不溶物含量测量提供了参考。 Because the measurement uncertainty of insoluble matter content in the vegetable gum water for fracturing has an important effect on the experimental results,it has been evaluated according to the standard SY/T 5764—2007.By establishing a mathematical model,five kinds of uncertainty were evaluated,including that caused by repeated measurement,mass of vegetable gum solution,volume of distilled water,mass of centrifuge tube,total mass of centrifuge tube and insoluble matter in water.The results showed that the relative expanded uncertainty was 0.2%when the content of insoluble matter in gum water was 7.0%,which met the requirement of standard SY/T 5764—2007(≤0.5%)for repeatability of measurement results,and ensured its accuracy of measurement results,providing a reference for the measurement of insoluble matter content in vegetable gum water for fracturing.
