摘要
分析了刮板输送机用大功率行星齿轮减速器高速轴轴承应用存在的问题,对减速器高速轴几种轴承进行了对比。通过合理的轴承选型,解决了减速器功率增大后高速轴双列球面滚子轴承转速偏低的问题,为大功率减速器高速轴轴承选型提供一种新的方案。
Analyzed the problems in the application of high power planetary gear reducer high speed shaft bearing in scraper conveyor,and compared several bearings for the high speed shaft of the reducer.Through reasonable bearing selection,solved the problem of low rotational speed of high speed shaft double row spherical roller bearing after increasing the power of the reducer,which provides a new solution for the selection of high speed shaft bearing in high power reducer.
