核电厂设备冷却水泵轴承温度高问题的探索与改进

摘要 某核电厂的设备冷却水泵轴承温度长期偏高,夏季可达80多摄氏度,多次导致设备不可用。通过泵轴实际尺寸重新计算转子受力,并对轴承进行受力分析和最小载荷计算,最后找到轴承发热量大的根本原因是轴承选型过于保守,导致轴承受力不满足其最小载荷要求。对轴承进行重新选型,试用后轴承和润滑油温度下降10~15℃。 The temperature of the axle bearing of the cooling pump of equipment in a nuclear power plant is high for a long time,and the high temperature in summer can reach more than 80 degrees,which repeatedly induces equipment failure.This article recalculates the force of the rotor through the actual size of the pump axis,and performs a stretch analysis and minimum load calculation on the axle bearing.Finally,the root cause of the high heating of the axle is that the manufacturer's selection of the axle is too conservative,resulting in the axle bearing capacity not meeting its minimum load requirements.The type of bearing is re-selected,which achieves a temperature reduction of 10~15℃with respect to the bearing and lubricants trial operation.
