摘要
随着电力系统的不断进步与发展,变电技术、自动化等智能技术变得越来越复杂,给电力系统的运行与维护提出了严峻的挑战。变电站运行和维护工作对电力的安全运行起着关键作用,它担负着倒闸操作、日常保养等基本任务,但从历年来发生事故的原因来看,运维管理方面的问题亟须解决。变电站的性能与作业人员、电力设施和电力网的安全有着密切的联系。因此,对变电站的运行风险进行深度评估和精准预测是非常有意义的。
With the continuous progress and development of the power system,intelligent technologies such as substation technology and automation have become increasingly complex,posing severe challenges to the operation and maintenance of the power system.The operation and maintenance of substations play a crucial role in the safe operation of electricity,as they undertake basic tasks such as switching operations and daily maintenance.However,based on the causes of accidents over the years,problems in operation and maintenance management urgently need to be addressed.The performance of substations is closely related to the safety of operators,power facilities,and the power grid.Therefore,it is very meaningful to conduct in-depth assessment and accurate prediction of the operational risks of substations.
