摘要
阐述变电运维一体化体系中的风险问题,控制措施,结合电力系统的实际状况,做好风险预控,制定风险预案,从制度上对变电运维一体化体系做出约束。
This paper describes the risk problems and control measures in the integrated system of substation operation and maintenance. Based on the actual situation of the power system, we should do a good job in risk pre control, formulate risk plans, and make institutional constraints on the integrated system of substation operation and maintenance.
