摘要
番薯茎叶富含多种生物活性成分和营养成分,具有很好的利用价值。通过文献调研,综述了番薯茎叶的各种活性成分,探讨了不同提取方法对提取率和功能活性的影响,并对番薯茎叶活性成分提取方法进行局限性和发展趋势的分析,为充分利用甘薯资源提供借鉴。
Sweet potato stems and leaves are rich in various bioactive components and nutrients,and have good utilization value.This paper reviews the active components of sweet potato stems and leaves,discusses the effects of different extraction methods on extraction rate and functional activity,analyzes the limitations and development trends of extraction methods for active components of sweet potato stems and leaves and providing reference for making full use of sweet potato resources.
