长江经济带矿业城市水生态环境质量影响机制研究

Study on Influencing Mechanism of Water Eco-environment Quality of Mining Cities in Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘要 水生态环境安全对长江经济带健康发展至关重要。长江经济带涵盖中国40%的矿业城市,是矿产资源开发利用的重要区域,研究其水生态环境质量影响机制是实现长江经济带高质量发展亟待解决的重要问题。本文基于长江经济带19个典型矿业城市2012—2021年面板数据,运用STIRPAT模型对其水生态环境质量影响机制进行研究。研究表明:(1)总体而言,长江经济带矿业城市水生态环境质量受到前期水生态环境指数、常住人口数量、地方人均GDP、年矿石产量、R&D投入量和产业结构的影响。(2)从区域来看,年矿石产量、产业结构对中上游城市影响显著,R&D投入量对下游城市影响显著。(3)从发展阶段来看,年矿石产量对成熟型城市影响显著,产业结构对衰退型城市影响显著,R&D投入量对再生型城市影响显著。在此基础上,为改善长江经济带矿业城市水生态环境提出相关建议。 Water ecological environment security is crucial to the healthy development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt(YREB).The YREB covers 40%of China’s mining cities and is an important region for the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources.Researching the impact mechanism of water ecological environment quality is an important issue to be solved urgently for high-quality development of the YREB. Based on the panel data of 19 typical mining cities in the YREB from 2012 to 2021,this paper uses STIRPAT model to study the influencing mechanism of water eco-environmental quality. The results show that:(1) In general,the water eco-environmental quality of mining cities in the YREB is affected by the water eco-environmental index,permanent population,per capita GDP,annual ore output,R&D input and industrial structure.( 2) From the perspective of region,the annual ore output and industrial structure have a significant impact on the middle and upper reaches of cities,and the R&D input has a significant impact on the lower reaches of cities.( 3) From the perspective of development stages,annual ore output has a significant impact on mature cities,and industrial structure has a significant impact on declining cities,and R&D input has a significant impact on regenerative cities. On this basis,relevant suggestions are put forward to improve the water ecological environment of mining cities in the YREB.
