高质量发展背景下河北省物流业绿色发展评价与提升路径研究 被引量:6

Research on Evaluation and Promotion Path of Green Development of Logistics Industry in Hebei Province under the Background of High-quality Development

摘要 文章从经济、社会、环境3个维度建立了河北省物流业绿色发展评价体系,对河北省2003—2020年的物流业绿色发展水平进行了评价测度。结果显示:河北省物流业绿色发展水平整体上呈现出持续上升趋势,其中社会功能相对平稳,物流经济快速发展,二氧化碳排放和能源消耗是制约河北省物流绿色发展的关键所在,河北省物流业绿色发展面临高污染、高能耗、低效率、配比不平衡等问题。最后,结合河北现状,在高质量发展理念指导下,提出推动物流业各环节绿色低碳转型提升,提高物流业运行效率,优化资源整合与共享,巩固物流业在地方经济、社会发展中的支柱作用等建议。 This paper establishes the evaluation system of green development of logistics industry in Hebei Province from three dimensions of economy,society and environment,and evaluates and measures the green development level of logistics industry in Hebei Province from 2003 to 2020.The results show that the green development level of logistics industry in Hebei Province has shown a continuous upward trend,in which the social function is relatively stable,the logistics economy is developing rapidly,carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption are the key factors that restrict the green development of logistics industry in Hebei Province.The green development of logistics industry in Hebei Province is faced with problems such as high pollution,high energy consumption,low efficiency and unbalanced proportion.Finally,in combination with the current situation of Hebei,under the guidance of the concept of high-quality development,the paper puts forward suggestions on promoting the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of all links of the logistics industry,improving the operational efficiency of the logistics industry,optimizing resource integration and sharing,and consolidating the pillar role of the logistics industry in local economic and social development.
