摘要
目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与血糖代谢、血脂代谢指标之间的关系。方法 选择本中心健康服务科于2021年3月-2022年3月接收的128例体检者作为研究对象,取静脉血样本进行空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)等指标检测,利用乳胶法检测幽门螺杆菌抗体,依据结果将体检者划分为阴性组(65例)和阳性组(63例),比较两组患者的基本信息、检验结果及血糖代谢、血脂代谢异常相关疾病发生率。结果 幽门螺杆菌感染阳性组与阴性组患者的性别、年龄、体质指数、血压比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。幽门螺杆菌感染阳性组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c等血糖代谢指标显著高于阴性组(P<0.05)。幽门螺杆菌感染阳性组TC、TG、LDL显著高于阴性组,HDL显著低于阴性组(P<0.05)。幽门螺杆菌感染阳性组糖尿病、高TC血症、高LDL血症、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成发生率分别为12.70%、17.46%、15.87%、11.11%,显著高于阴性组1.54%、4.63%、3.08%、1.54%(P<0.05)。结论 幽门螺杆菌感染患者的血糖代谢、血脂代谢明显异常,是导致相关疾病发生及发展的风险因素,需重视幽门螺杆菌感染患者相关疾病的筛查、预防及尽早治疗,研究价值较高。
Objective To explore relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and blood glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism indicators.Methods The paper chose 128 physical examinees in health service department of our center from March 2021 to March 2022 as study subjects,took venous blood samples to detect glucose test,fasting blood sugar(FBG),2hPG,glycated hemoglobin,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL)and other indicators,and detect helicobacter pylori antibody with emulsion technique.According to the results,examinees were divided into negative group(65 cases)and positive group(63 cases),basic information,test results,and incidence of diseases related to blood glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,body mass index,and blood pressure between positive and negative groups of helicobacter pylori infection patients(P>0.05).Blood glucose metabolism indicators of FBG,2hPG,and HbAlc in positive group were significantly higher than negative group(P<0.05).the TC,TG,and LDL levels in positive group were significantly higher than negative group,while HDL levels were significantly lower than negative group(P<0.05).Incidence of diabetes,hypercholesterolemia,high LDL and carotid atherosclerosis plaque formation in positive group was 12.70%,17.46%,15.87%and 11.11%,significantly higher than 1.54%,4.63%,3.08%and 1.54%in negative group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood glucose and lipid metabolism of patients with helicobacter pylori infection is significantly abnormal,which is risk factor for occurrence and development of related diseases.It is necessary to pay attention to screening,prevention,and early treatment of related diseases of patients with helicobacter pylori infection,which has high research value.
