摘要
目的 研究早中期直肠癌患者使用腹腔镜进行手术的治疗效果和对术后康复的影响。方法 收集2021年1月-2023年1月在本院治疗直肠癌的120例病例,采用随机分配法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。观察组使用腹腔镜手术,对照组使用传统的开腹手术,对比两组患者的相关指标、术后1d的应激指标及血清炎症指标、总并发症发生率以及治疗满意度。结果 观察组患者的术中出血量比对照组少,手术、住院以及肠道恢复时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组术后1d的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、淋巴细胞、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及白细胞介素(IL)-6和中性粒细胞等指标明显比对照组优异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 使用腹腔镜手术能够提高早中期直肠癌患者的治疗效果,减少并发症发生率,提升患者对治疗的满意度,加快其康复速度。腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌有创伤较小、预后较快等优点,值得在直肠癌手术治疗中广泛推广与应用。
Objective To study curative effect of laparoscopic surgery on early to mid stage rectal cancer patients and its postoperative recovery.Methods The paper chose 120 cases rectal cancer patients in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023,and divided into control group and observation group randomly,with 60 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with laparoscopy,and control group with traditional open surgery.Related indicators,stress indicators and serum inflammatory indicators,incidence of total complications and treatment satisfaction degree between two groups were compared.Results Intraoperative bleeding,surgery,length of stay,and intestinal recovery in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),lymphocytes,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL)-6 and neutrophils in observation group was significantly better than control group on the first day after operation(P<0.05).Total incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy can improve treatment effect of early to mid rectal cancer patients,reduce complications,improve satisfaction degree of patients,and speed up rehabilitation,with advantages of less trauma and faster prognosis,which is worthy of wide promotion and application in rectal cancer surgery.
