摘要
针对当前峰谷时段自适应划分系统时段划分结果经济性与低碳性较差的问题,提出计及电力需求响应的峰谷时段自适应划分系统。针对电力数据特征,优化控制中央控制器与数据存储器,利用统计学原理以及需求价格矩阵,计及电力需求响应,构建电力需求响应模型。使用改进隶属度函数以及电力负荷统计结果,确定电力负荷时段隶属度,自适应划分峰谷时段。实验结果表明,系统划分结果符合测试区域的电力负荷特征,且整体经济性与低碳性得到提升,时段划分效果较好。
In view of the poor economy and carbon depression of the current systems for dividing peak/valley period,a self-adaptive peak/valley period dividing system considering response of power demand is proposed.According to the characteristics of power data,the central controller and data memory are optimized,and the power demand response model is constructed by using the statistical principle and demand price matrix.Using the improved membership function and the statistical results of power load,the membership degree of power load period is determined,and the peak and valley periods are divided adaptively.The experimental results show that the system′s dividing results in this paper accord with the power load characteristics of the test area,along with improved overall economy and carbon depression,as well as better utility in period division.
