摘要
微网中安装光伏、风机等新能源之后,会完全改变微网的净负荷,在原有的时段划分下采用分时电价,可能进一步恶化微网净负荷曲线,针对这种现象,考虑将分时电价时段划分纳入微网规划阶段,构建微网协同规划与时段划分双层模型,上层以微网寿命期内收益净现值最高为目标,协同规划电源容量和电价,下层采用Pairs Sum模型对上层得到的净负荷值进行时段划分,运用非线性规划工具分别求解双层模型,在算例中引入常规规划方案,验证了该模型的有效性。通过在微网规划阶段考虑分时电价时段划分,可以实现微网总收益最大的目标。算例还深入探讨了微网总收益与峰谷电价比上限约束、弃电惩罚价格之间的关系。
After installing new energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind turbines in micro-grid,the net load of micro-grid will be changed completely.It is possible to further deteriorate the net load curve of microgrid by adopting time-of-use under the original time division.In view of this phenomenon,the time-of-use period is divided into the planning stage of micro-grid,a bi-level model of coordinated planning,and time-division of micro-grid is constructed.The upper level aims to maximize the NPV of revenue in the lifetime of micro-grid,and coordinate the planning of power supply capacity and time-of-use price.Pairs Sum model is adopted in the lower level to divide the time period of the net load value obtained by the upper level.The bi-level model is solved by adopting non-linear programming tools.The conventional programming scheme is introduced into the example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.The goal of maximizing the total revenue of microgrid can be achieved by considering the time division of time-of-use in the planning stage of micro-grid.The relationship between the total revenue of micro-grid,peak-valley price ratio constraints and power abandonment penalties is also discussed.
