摘要
放射性脑损伤是鼻咽癌放疗的常见远期并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量和总生存。在调强放疗时代,越来越多经治鼻咽癌患者获得长期生存,因此放疗后的远期并发症尤其是放射性脑损伤愈发引人关注。目前关于放射性脑损伤的认识仍在不断探索和更新中。本文就鼻咽癌放射性脑损伤的研究进展进行综述。
Radiation-induced brain injury(RBI)is a common long-term complication of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)and seriously affects the quality of life and overall survival of patients.In the era of intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT),the long-term complications after radiotherapy,especially RBI,are becoming increasingly concerning because a number of treated patients with NPC obtain longterm survival.At present,the understanding of RBI is still being explored,and its pathogenesis and treatment methods are continuously updated.This article reviews the research progress of RBI in patients with NPC.
