摘要
为提高食品类专业学生的专业素养,培养高素质人才,将创新创业教育理念融入“营养配餐与设计”课程教学改革中,从教学内容、教学环境、考核评价等方面进行详细探讨,旨在培养学生创新创业能力和实践应用能力,为进一步改革教学模式提供思路和方向。
In order to improve the professional of college students majoring in food and cultivate high-quality personnel.In this paper,the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education was integrated into the teaching reform of Nutrition Catering and Design course,and detail discussed the teaching content,teaching environment,assessment and evaluation.In order to cultivate students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,practical application,and provide new ideas and directions for the future curriculum reform.
