氟保护漆现场控龋效果评价 被引量：5

摘要 目的:评价氟保护漆用于幼儿园儿童防龋的效果。方法:选取南宁市某幼儿园4-5岁儿童209人,分实验组和对照组分别使用氟保护漆和生理盐水,一年2次,一年后观察患龋率、龋均和龋病发病率。结果:实验后,对照组患龋率(80.80%)、龋均(4.45),显著高于实验组(71.81%、3.75)(p<0.01)。对照组新增龋病发病率(18.18%)、新增龋均(1.40)显著高于实验组(10.00%、0.74)(p<0.01)。实验组较对照组新增龋均降低了47.14%。结论:使用氟保护漆的儿童较对照组儿童龋病患病明显减少。
