摘要
目的探讨守望相助管理模式在精神科病房保护性约束中的应用效果。方法对河南省精神病医院中西医结合科的32名医护人员运用守望相助管理模式。比较守望相助管理模式实施前(2021年3月~8月)和该模式实施后(2022年3月~8月)患者的保护性约束率和医护人员人文关怀能力量表评分,并通过半结构式访谈了解医护人员对实施守望相助管理模式后的认识和感受。结果守望相助管理模式实施后,患者的保护性约束率低于实施前(P<0.01),医护人员人文关怀能力量表总分及各维度评分均高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论守望相助管理模式降低了精神科患者保护性约束率,提高了医护人员的人文关怀能力,提升了医护人员主动学习意识和工作主动性。
Objective To explore the application effect of mutual assistance management mode(MAMM)in protective restraint at psychiatric ward.Methods The MAMM was applied 32 medical workers at Dept.of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,Henan Provincial Mental Hospital.Before(from Mar.To Aug.2021)and after the implementation of the MAMM(from Mar.To Aug.2022)protective restraint rates of patients and scores on Caring Ability Inventory(CAI)of medical workers were compared,knowledge and experiences of medical workers after MAMM implementation surveyed via semi-structural interview.Results After the implementation of the MAMM the protective restraint rates of patients were lower compared with pre-implementation(P<0.01)and the total and each dimension score of the CAI in medical staff were higher(P<0.01).Conclusion The MAMM lowers protective restraint rates of psychiatric patients,improves the humanistic care ability of medical staff,and enhances their active learning awareness and work initiative.
