摘要
目的探讨精神科护士心理资本对职业倦怠的影响。方法采用一般资料问卷、心理资本问卷及职业倦怠量表对750名精神科护士进行调查,比较不同特征精神科护士职业倦怠量表评分,分析精神科护士职业倦怠与心理资本的相关性及职业倦怠的影响因素。结果精神科护士心理资本总分为(101.55±15.38)分,职业倦怠各维度评分分别为情感衰竭17.00(10.00,25.25)分、去人格化3.00(1.00,8.00)分及个人成就感30.00(21.00,39.00)分。不同性别精神科护士职业倦怠量表情感衰竭维度,不同婚姻状况精神科护士去人格化维度,不同年龄、聘用形式、职称、职务、工作年限精神科护士情感衰竭、去人格化、个人成就感维度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。职务和心理资本是精神科护士情感衰竭维度的影响因素(P<0.05或0.01),年龄和心理资本是去人格化维度的影响因素(P<0.01),职称和心理资本是个人成就感维度的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论精神科护士的职业倦怠状况有待进一步改善,主要体现在个人成就感低方面。职业倦怠情况受多方面的影响,特别是心理资本,它影响职业倦怠的各个维度,应引起高度重视。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological capital on job burnout of psychiatric nurses.Methods A total of 722 psychiatric nurses were investigated with general information questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire(PCQ-24) and Maslach burnout inventory(MBI).To compare the MBI scores of psychiatric nurses with different characteristics,and analyze the correlation between job burnout and psychological capital and the influencing factors of job burnout.Results The total score of psychological capital of psychiatric nurses was(101.55±5.38).The scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and personal accomplishment of job burnout were 17.00(10.00,25.25),3.00(1.00,8.00)and 3 0.00(21.00,39.00),respectively.There was statistical significance in emotional exhaustion dimension of MBI of psychiatric nurses with different gender.There was statistical significance in depersonalization dimension of psychiatric nurses with different marital status.There were statistical significances in emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and personal accomplishment of psychiatric nurses with different age,employment form,title,position and working years(P<0.05 or 0.01).Position and psychological capital were the influencing factors of the emotional exhaustion dimension of psychiatric nurses(P<0.05 or 0.01),age and psychological capital were the influencing factors of the depersonalization dimension(P <0.01),and professional title and psychological capital were the influencing factors of personal accomplishment dimension(P <0.01).Conclusions The job burnout status of psychiatric nurses needs to be further improved,which is mainly reflected in the low sense of personal accomplishment.Job burnout is affected by many aspects,especially psychological capital.It affects all dimensions of job burnout and should be taken seriously.
