摘要
目的:探讨强筋壮骨丸联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效。方法:按照随机数字表法,将2020年4月至2022年3月齐齐哈尔市中医医院收治的118例RA患者分为对照组(甲氨蝶呤片治疗,n=59)和观察组(强筋壮骨丸联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗,n=59)。观察两组患者的疗效、血清细胞因子、骨代谢相关指标、临床症状指标和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率为94.92%(56/59),高于对照组的76.27%(45/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗12周后的C反应蛋白、环氧化酶-2、类风湿因子、抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体、β-胶原降解产物水平和红细胞沉降率更低,骨钙素N端中分子、总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽水平更高,关节肿胀数、关节压痛数更少,晨僵时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为8.47%(5/59)、6.78%(4/59),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:强筋壮骨丸联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗RA患者,可减轻其临床症状,阻碍骨侵蚀状况发生,改善骨代谢,提高临床治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Qiangjin Zhuanggu pills combined with Methotrexate tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).METHODS:Totally 118 patients with RA admitted into Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Qiqihar from Apr.2020 to Mar.2022 were selected to be divided into control group(treated with Methotrexate tablets,59 cases)and observation group(treated with Qiangjin Zhuanggu pills,59 cases)with random number table method.The efficacy,serum cytokines,bone metabolism related indicators,clinical symptoms indicators and incidences of adverse drug reactions of both groups were observed.RESULTS:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 94.92%(56/59),which was higher than that of the control group(76.27%,45/59),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the C-reactive protein,epoxidase-2,rheumatoid factors,anti cyclic citrulline peptide antibody,β-collagen degradation products and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the observation group after 12-week treatment were lower,the N-terminal molecule of osteocalci and total typeⅠcollagen amino terminal extension peptide of the observation group were higher,the joint swelling and joint tenderness were less,and the morning stiffness was shorter in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were 8.47%(5/59)and 6.78%(4/59),respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Qiangjin Zhuanggu pills combined with Methotrexate tablets in the treatment of RA can relieve clinical symptoms,prevent bone erosion,improve bone metabolism and promote clinical therapeutic effect.
