摘要
目的探讨针刺结合中药穴位贴敷治疗面瘫的疗效。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月齐齐哈尔市中医医院神经内一科门诊治疗的84例面瘫患者,随机将其分为两组,各42例,对照组行西医常规治疗及针刺治疗,观察组另加用中药穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗效果为97.62%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分、面部神经功能评分、面部残疾状况评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对面瘫患者采取针刺结合中药穴位贴敷治疗,可显著改善临床症状,降低中医证候积分。
Objective To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application of Chinese medicine on facial paralysis.Methods A total of 84 patients with facial paralysis who received staged treatment from April 2022 to April 2023 in the Department of Neurology of Qiqihar Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 42 patients in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment and acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.95%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,facial nerve function score and facial disability status score were compared between the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce TCM syndrome score for patients with facial paralysis.
