Comprehensive Experimental Design and Practice of Chromizing Process for Industrial Chain Pin Based on the Mode of Production and Education Integration

摘要 基于产教融合模式和金属类专业特点,选取工业链条销轴的渗铬处理作为综合性实验题目,进行了渗铬工艺、样品微观结构和物相分析、渗铬层性能测试、实验数据分析与讨论四个关键教学环节的内容设计。该实验可操作性强,来源于企业生产实践,并在内容设计上涵盖固态相变、元素扩散与化合、热处理原理、材料分析表征等多方面知识,结合创新性问题的提出,有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的综合实践能力和创新能力。 Based on the mode of production-education integration and the metal professional characteristics,this article selects the chromizing treatment of industrial chain pin shaft as comprehensive experiment topic,and carries out the content design of four key teaching links:chromizing process,sample microstructure and phase analysis,chromizing layer performance test,experimental data analysis and discussion.The experiment is highly operable and comes from the production practice of enterprises.The content design covers many aspects of knowledge such as solid state phase transition,element diffusion and combination,principle of heat treatment,material analysis and characterization,etc.Combined with the proposal of innovative questions,it effectively stimulates students' interest in learning and improves their comprehensive practical ability and innovation ability.
