摘要
目的评估中国部分地区接种单位的预防接种服务能力。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取9个省份162个常规预防接种单位开展问卷调查,收集10项预防接种服务能力评价指标数据,采用CRITIC方法计算指标权重系数,采用TOPSIS和WRSR方法分别计算Ci值和WRSR拟合值,对预防接种服务能力进行分档。结果9个省份接种单位预防接种服务能力的各项评价指标权重系数在7.85%-14.14%之间,Ci值在0.278-0.589之间,WRSR拟合值在0.351-0.798之间,拟合的线性回归方程为WRSR=-0.097+0.120Probit(F=18785.06,P<0.001)。在所有调查接种单位中,预防接种服务能力处于较强、中等、较弱的比例分别为16.05%、68.52%、15.43%,其中东部地区分别为27.78%、64.81%、7.41%,中部地区分别为5.56%、72.22%、22.22%,西部地区分别为14.81%、68.52%、16.67%。结论调查地区接种单位预防接种服务能力发展不均衡,东部地区整体预防接种服务能力明显优于中部和西部地区。各地区需针对薄弱环节进一步提升预防接种服务能力。
Objective To assess the vaccination services capacity of vaccination clinics in several regions of China.Methods We used a multi-stage stratified random sampling method to select 162 routine vaccination clinics of 9 provinces for a questionnaire-based survey.We collected data on 10 evaluation indicators for vaccination services capacity to calculate weighting coefficients,Ci values,and WRSR-fitted values using CRITIC,TOPSIS,and WRSR method,respectively,and to rank the vaccination services capacities.Results Weighting coefficients,Ci values,and WRSR-fitted values ranged from 7.85%to 14.14%,0.278 to 0.589,and 0.351 to 0.798,respectively.A fitted linear regression equation by the WRSR method was WRSR=-0.097+0.120Probit(F=18785.06,P<0.001).Vaccination clinics with strong,moderate,and weak levels of vaccination services capacity were 16.05%,68.52%,and 15.43%of all vaccination clinics;27.78%,64.81%,and 7.41%in eastern regions;5.56%,72.22%,and 22.22%in central regions;and 14.81%,68.52%,and 16.67%in western regions.Conclusions The vaccination services capacity of vaccination clinics was unbalanced in the surveyed regions and was better in eastern regions than in central and western regions.All regions should enhance their vaccination services capacity,focusing on weaknesses.
