摘要
中职学校的人才培养目标是为企业输送更多专业技能人才。校企合作人才培养模式通过学校与企业协同育人可以提高人才培养的针对性,助力人才培养目标的达成。文章以校企合作人才培养模式为核心,围绕中职计算机教学改革,阐释校企合作人才培养模式的实践价值,提出培养学生学习兴趣、确定课程教学目标、构建课程教学体系、实施多元化考核体系等改革思路,并在此基础上提出几点教学改革实践建议,以期为相关研究提供参考。
The talent cultivation goal of vocational schools is to provide more professional and skilled talents to meet the development needs of enterprises.The school enterprise cooperation talent cultivation model can improve the targeted talent cultivation and help achieve talent cultivation goals through the collaborative education between schools and enterprises.The article takes the school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation model as the core,revolves around the reform of computer teaching in vocational schools,explains the practical value of the school enterprise cooperation talent cultivation model,proposes reform ideas such as cultivating students'learning interest,determining course teaching objectives,constructing course teaching systems,and implementing diversified assessment systems.Based on this,several practical suggestions for teaching reform are proposed to provide reference for relevant research.
