摘要
某公司160万吨/年溶剂脱沥青装置采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院提供的“减压渣油丁烷溶剂脱沥青”技术,以2#常减压蒸馏装置来的减压渣油为原料,目前采用混合C4作为抽提溶剂,正丁烷和异丁烷比例(体积分数,下同)为85∶10。后期考虑溶剂市场问题和降低装置运行成本,计划在装置上试用某公司提供的混合C4作为抽提溶剂,正丁烷和异丁烷比例约为60∶38,本文分析了更换溶剂对装置的影响,并研究了应对策略。
A company 1.6 million tons every year solvent deasphalting plant using SINOPEC Petrochemical Research Institute of the“butane solvent deasphalting of pressurized slag oil”technology,to 2#atmospheric decompression distillation unit from the pressurized slag oil as raw material,the current use of C4 as a solvent for the extraction of mixed,n-butane and isobutane ratio(v/v)85∶10.Considering the solvent market and reducing the operating cost of the plant,it is planned to try the mixed C4 provided by a company as the extraction solvent,with the ratio of n-butane and isobutane about 60∶38.This paper analyzes the impact of replacing the solvent on the plant,and researches the coping strategy.
