摘要
对我国生产沥青的主要原油欢喜岭原油与俄罗斯重质原油混炼生产重交通道路沥青进行了试验研究:分析了两种原油的物性;进行了混兑生产沥青试验,找出了最佳混兑比为2:1;确定了生产AH-110和AH-90重交通道路沥青的工艺条件,并对产品的性能进行了评价。研究结果表明,欢喜岭原油与俄罗斯重质原油混炼生产的重交通道路沥青能够弥补各自的不足,使产品的性能更佳,生产出的重交通道路沥青AH-110和AH-90其性能优良,各项指标符合国家标准。
Huanxiling crude mixed with the heavy crude from Russia to produce heavy-traffic road asphalt has been tested and studied. Characteristics of the two crude have been analyzed and the test to produce heavy-traffic road asphalt with the mixed crude has been conducted. The best mixing ratio is 2 : 1 and the process conditions for producing AH-110 and AH-90 heavy traffic road asphalts have been determined. Product performance also has been evaluated and the result shows that the shortcomings of both Huanxiliing crude and Russian crude have been counteracted after mixing, and AH-110 and AH-90 heavy traffic road asphalts are characterized by excellent performance. Product targets have met the national standard.
