摘要
政治概念是进行政治学知识生产的基础工具。中国尽管有着数千年的政治实践历史,并已积累起丰富的政治经验,但从中产生的近现代政治概念却极为有限,中国当下政治学知识体系中的大部分概念建立在外来移植的基础上。在建构中国自主知识体系日益成为自觉意识的背景下,必须立足中国实际,建立与中国实际相符的政治概念体系,生产与本国政治发展要求相一致的政治学知识。
Political concepts are the fundamental tools for the production of political knowledge.Although China has thousands of years of political practice history and has accumulated rich political experience,the modern and contemporary political concepts generated from it are extremely limited.Most of the concepts in China's current political science knowledge system are based on foreign transplantation.In the context of building China's independent knowledge system,it is necessary to establish a political concept system that is consistent with China's actual situation,and produce knowledge that is consistent with China's development requirements.Professor Guo Zhonghua pointed out that in the three fields of social science concept theory,political concept history,and practical concept construction,current research mainly focuses on the theme of political concept history,but there is a clear lack of attention to the first and third fields.Concept theory research has a fundamental position for the entire concept research and must be highly valued.The knowledge foundation,construction principles,system structure,and analytical models are the four core areas of theoretical research on social science concepts.Professor Ren Jiantao believes that empirical research dominates the current research in political science.Empirical research opposes concepts and conceptual thinking,belittling normative value exploration,which is actually a way of overflowing academic context and narrowing research space.Efforts to refine concepts in an anti-conceptual empirical atmosphere are not only necessary for sublimating empirical research in political science,but also a way out for normative research that is in trouble.Professor Xiao Tangbiao emphasized that the descriptive concepts constructed by political science should have good analyticity and operability.The scientific construction and development of concepts and scale tools is the primary link in political science research,but it needs to be further improved and strengthened.In this sense,it is not only a fundamental project in political science research,but also a cutting-edge project.Professor Guo Taihui believes that concept construction is becoming an important way for knowledge innovation.This means that it is necessary for us to reexamine the position and limitations of knowledge innovation itself and concept construction in it,in order to find new paths for knowledge innovation.Professor Li Lifeng analyzed the relationship between conceptual change and modern political transformation in China,and then reflected on the issue of political modernity in China.He pointed out that for the political practice and transformation of modern China,the concept of modern politics is not only a language tool for explaining the world,but also a powerful weapon for transforming the world.Professor Xiao Bin reexamined the concept of"system"in the new institutionalism and redefined the concept of "system",which is a composite or conceptual framework that integrates various elements such as organizational structure,rules and regulations,operational mechanisms,and values.
