摘要
现代国家的确立和成长与现代化发展紧密相关,两者相互作用,甚至互为因果。因而,任何试图迈向现代化的社会,都面临着建设和发展现代国家、使现代国家在现代化过程中得以有效成长的历史任务。政党是现代国家建设的重要领导力量,党领导人民进行国家建设是中国国家成长的重要政治保障和基本动力。科学化的党的建设和发展,必然带来科学化的现代国家建设和成长。考察中国的国家成长,是无论如何不能无视政党的地位和作用的,相反,必须高度重视这种作用,并仔细把握其中的关系和逻辑。否则,我们对中国国家成长之道的把握永远触及不到根本。
The establishment and growth of a modern country is closely related to modernization. Both interact and are even in a causal relation. Consequently, any society that attempts to step to modernization will face the historical task to build a modern country, and have it effectively grow. Political parties are the important leading force in building a modern country, and the construction under the leadership of the party is the important guarantee and basic driving force in China's growth. The scientific construction and development of political party will inevitably bring the development and growth of the modern country. In reviewing the growth of China, the position and role of the political party can never be ignored. On the contrary, the role must be highly thought of. Otherwise, we can never touch the essence of the road of China's growth.
