区域数字创新生态系统的健康性动态评价及驱动机制 被引量:3

Dynamic Evaluation and Driving Mechanism of the Health of Regional Digital Innovation Ecosystem

摘要 基于生态系统内部行为机制分析,从创新环境健康、组织网络健康、创新能力健康三个维度构建区域数字创新生态系统的健康性评价体系,借助VHSD-EM组合评价和DEMATEL-ISM递阶结构解释模型对中国30个省份的研究样本进行动态评价并深入探讨其驱动机制。研究发现,(1)中国数字创新生态系统健康性得分偏低,区域间健康性水平呈现显著的空间异质性,具体表现为中西部地区的数字创新生态系统健康水平低于东部地区;(2)数字创新生态系统健康发展的直接影响因素重点体现在数字型企业的创新网络布局,间接影响因素聚焦于区域的数字创新环境建设,而数字产业的研发投入是其根源影响因素;(3)递阶结构解释模型的传递路线图表明该系统健康发展存在因果要素间的关联影响效应,是核心原因因素通过基层间接因素的支持作用于结果因素推动了系统的健康发展。 Based on the analysis of the internal behavior mechanism of the ecosystem,the health evaluation system of the regional digital innovation ecosystem is constructed from three dimensions:innovation environment health,organizational network health and innovation capability health.With the help of VSVD-EM combination evaluation and DEMATEL-ISM hierarchical structure interpretation model,the dynamic evaluation of 30 provinces in China was carried out and the driving mechanism was deeply discussed.The results show as follows:(1)China's overall digital innovation ecosystem health score is relatively low,and there is significant spatial heterogeneity,which means that the health level of the digital innovation ecosystem in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions.(2)The direct influencing factors of the healthy development of the innovation ecosystem are mainly reflected in the innovation network layout of digital enterprises.The indirect influencing factors are focused on the construction of the regional digital innovation environment,and the R&D investment of the digital industry is the root influencing factor.(3)The transmission roadmap of the hierarchical structure interpretation model points out that the healthy development of the system has a correlation effect between causal factors,and it is the core causal factors that act on the result factors through the support of the indirect factors at the grassroots level to promote the healthy development of the system.
