摘要
采用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、电子万能拉伸试验机和JMatPro12.4软件研究了La含量对A356铝合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明,A356合金的平衡组织主要由α-Al、共晶Si、Mg_(2)Si、β-Al_(9)Fe_(2)Si_(2)、Al_(11)La_(3)和Al_(8)FeMgSi_(6)相组成。随La含量由0增加至0.5%,A356合金中的α-Al组织几乎全部由粗大枝晶转变为等轴晶和类等轴晶,抗拉强度由149MPa增加至182MPa,伸长率由4.8%增加至7.7%。
The effect of La addition on the solidification structure of A356aluminum alloy was investigated by direct reading spectrometer,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,electronic universal tensile tester and JMatPro12.4software.The results indicate that the equilibrium structure of A356alloy is mainly composed ofα-Al,eutectic Si,Mg_(2)Si,β-Al_(9)Fe_(2)Si_(2),Al_(11)La_(3)and Al_(8)FeMgSi_(6)phases.With the increase of La content from 0to 0.5%,the structure ofα-Al in A356alloy is almost completely transformed from coarse dendrite to equiaxed and equiaxed-like grain,where the tensile strength is increased from 149MPa to 182MPa,and the elongation is increased from 4.8%to 7.7%.
