基于双冗余CAN总线的同步系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对当前工程机械、有轨电车中的CAN总线网络由于线路断裂导致通信中断的问题,提出一种新型的双冗余CAN总线同步系统。该系统提高了传统的双冗余CAN总线发送的同步性,同时解决了CAN总线因错误重发导致的冗余线路时间差问题。多次试验结果表明,该设计提高了CAN总线冗余线路的实时性和安全性,在单线路短路、断路等情况下无丢失数据的现象,对工程机械、有轨电车的稳定运行具有一定的应用价值。 Aiming at the problem of communication interruption caused by line break in CAN bus network of construction machinery and tram,a new cost-effective synchronous double redundant CAN bus design is proposed.The synchronization of the traditional dual redun-dant CAN bus is improved.At the same time,the problem of redundant line time difference caused by error retransmission of CAN bus is solved by the design.The test results show that the real-time performance and security of CAN bus redundant lines is improved by this design.There is no data loss in the case of single line short circuit and open circuit.It is further verified that it has great value to the stable operation of construction machinery and tram.
