摘要
“中国制造2025”的核心内容是智能制造,是信息化、网络化、自动化的高度融合。在“中国制造2025”背景下,高校需要培养具备工匠精神的复合型人才。分析了电气工程与自动化专业人才培养教育所面临的新挑战,提出了创新课程体系、创建在线教育平台、深化电气工程及其自动化实践教学等教学改革策略,以期为智能制造提供人才保障。
The core content of"Made in China 2025"is intelligent manufacturing,which is a high integration of informatization,networking and automation.Under the background of"Made in Chin a 2025",colleges and universities need to cultivate composite talents with craftsman⁃ship spirit.This article analyzes the new challenges faced by the cultivation and education of electrical engineering and automation professionals,and proposes teaching reform strategies such as innovating the curriculum system,creating online education platforms,and deepening practical teaching of electrical engineering and automation,in order to provide talent protection for intelligent manufacturing.
