摘要
随着我国医疗卫生事业的改革发展,病历档案作为医院日常运行管理的重要组成部分,现已进入电子病历档案时代,其管理规范与否至关重要。当前,我国许多医院电子病历档案管理还有很大的提升空间,尤其在数字建设等方面,直接影响病历档案价值功能的发挥。基于此,以医院电子病历档案为主体,在概述电子病历档案内涵与特点的基础上,总结了加强电子病历档案信息系统建设的意义和电子病历档案数字化建设面临的问题,并针对性提出医院电子病历档案数字化建设的路径。
With the reform and development of Chinese medical and health service,medical record archives,as an important part of hospital daily operation and management,have entered the period of electronization.The norma⁃tive management of electronic medical record is crucial.There is still great room for improvement in the manage⁃ment of electronic medical record archives in many hospitals in China,and digital construction directly affects the value and function of medical record archives.Based on this,it takes the hospital electronic medical record file as the main body,generalizes the meaning and characteristics of electronic medical record file,summarizes the significance of strengthening information system construction and the problems faced by digital construction,and puts forward the way of the digital construction of hospital electronic medical record file.
